The Hammerhead Brotherhood are human-supremacists who are in the habit of stealing ships from non-humans.
Their philosophy is that xenos are beneath humans and should be relegated into servitude for the "Master Race."
Anywhere there are xenos in positions of power, the Hammerheads can be found nearby creating unrest. They're getting better at hiding themselves in the background, but they still have members who will blatantly cause trouble with complete disregard for consequences.
The Hammerheads run a number of legitimate businesses throughout Confederate space -- primarily shipyards that are fronts from chopshops and money laundering.
